Continuous Improvement Program
All staff in our Winnipeg factory are automatically enrolled in our Continuous Improvement Program (ChIPs), an air miles-style system in which you can earn points in your account for many activities, including long term service (points earned every year), for attending various training events, and for participation making us a little bit better every day through our Lean initiatives. ChIPs points can be cashed in at any time for various items, including gift cards (Amazon, Superstore, Best Buy, Safeway to name just a few examples), company merchandise, or even for dollars deposited in to your RRSP account. Its our way of saying thank you to everyone who helps make Duha a great place to work!

This is great, but whats it like to work at Duha?
Great question! At Duha Group we definitely work hard on our mission of Connecting the World With Colour, but we also like to have a little fun along the way! We try to make an effort to bring our staff together several times a year to enjoy each others company, push outside our comfort zones (just a little!) and build an inclusive community. Our biggest event every year is the Duha Olympics, which we host in the spring or early summer. All staff from our Winnipeg facility are teamed up with others from across the company to compete in various outdoor activities for the Duha Olympics Trophy (picture on the right of one of the staff favorite events, Paint Can Beer Pong - without the beer of course!). Everyone has a good laugh and enjoys an outdoor BBQ in the green space beside our factory. Some other events we've organized with our team members include participation in the Color Me Rad 5k runs (video below), Dragon Boat Teams, Softball teams, and family picnic events.
